Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di desa Sidosermo, Kecamatan Wonocolo, Surabaya. Pengabdian ini memfokuskan pemanfaatan sistem teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan bidang pendidikan dan birokrasi, khususnya selama pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu, pada bulan Juni-Juli 2020. Pengabdian ini terdiri atas kegiatan observasi, pembimbingan, dan penyebaran angkat respon kegiatan. Respon anak terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sistem informasi ini secara klasikal pada tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa 98% (baik sekali) dan pada tujuan untuk mengetahui minat siswa 89% (baik sekali). Respon warga terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembimbingan bidang birokrasi berbasis teknologi sistem informasi ini secara klasikal pada penggunaan google form (15% sangat setuju, 50% setuju, 10% tidak setuju dan 15%); google meet (25% sangat setuju, 55% setuju, 15% tidak setuju dan 5%); WhatsApp (85% sangat setuju, 10% setuju, 5% tidak setuju dan 0%); dan Instagram (85% sangat setuju, 10% setuju, 2% tidak setuju dan 3%). Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, diharapkan adanya keberlanjutan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Penyuluhan dan pembimbingan kepada warga yang dapat menjadi lebih mandiri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi selama pandemi COVID-19.Abstract:  The implementation of this community service activity was carried out in Sidosermo village, Wonocolo District, Surabaya. This service focuses on the use of information technology systems in education and bureaucratic activities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity was carried out for 6 weeks, from June to July 2020. This service consisted of observation, guidance, and dissemination of response activities. The child's response to the implementation of learning activities based on information systems technology is classically in order to find out 98% of student motivation (very good) and to find out 89% student interest (very good). Citizens' response to the implementation of information systems technology-based bureaucratic counseling and guidance activities is classical in the use of Google Forms (15% strongly agree, 50% agree, 10% disagree and 15%); google meet (25% strongly agree, 55% agree, 15% disagree and 5%); WhatsApp (85% strongly agree, 10% agree, 5% disagree and 0%); and Instagram (85% strongly agree, 10% agree, 2% disagree and 3%). After this community service activity, it is hoped that the activities that have been carried out will continue. Counseling and guidance to citizens who can become more independent in utilizing information technology during the COVID-19 pandemic.
