<![CDATA[ABSTRACTBulbs (Cyperus rotundus L.) is a plant that is believed by the public to cure several diseases. According to a study conducted in vivo, the extract has many potentials such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, etc. However, there are no studies that have examined its properties as an immunomodulator. This study aims to determine the polar bioactive compounds extracted from the tuber and to analyze the prediction of potential bioactive compounds against the TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and NO receptors using theapproach in silico. The method used was the extraction of nut tuber dry powder using methanol as a solvent by maceration process and then analyzed using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to obtain information on the content of the tubers. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there are 177 possible components of the compound in methanol solvent Keywords: Cyperus rotundus L., Immunomodulator, GC-MS, Molecular Docking   ABSTRAKUmbi Teki (Cyperus rotundus L.) merupakan tumbuhan yang dipercayai masyarakat dapat menyembuhkan beberapa penyakit. Menurut sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan secara in vivo, ekstrak umbi teki memiliki banyak potensi seperti antikanker, antiinflamasi, antibakteri, dll. Namun belum ada penelitian yang meneliti khasiatnya sebagai imunomodulator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa-senyawa bioaktif polar yang diekstrak dari umbi teki dan menganalisis prediksi potensi senyawa bioaktif terhadap reseptor TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, dan NO dengan menggunakan pendekatan in silico. Metode yang digunakan dengan ekstraksi serbuk kering umbi teki menggunakan pelarut metanol dengan proses maserasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kromatografi gas – spektrometri massa (GC-MS) untuk mendapatkan informasi kandungan dalam umbi teki.
