Abstract

 Abstrak :Bukti empiris yang diperoleh bahwa baik skill maupun kompensasi keduanya secara langsung mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Begitu juga terhadap kinerja, baik skill maupun kompensasi  keduanya secara langsung juga mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang menghubungkan antara skill maupun kompensasi dengan kinerja Bendahara dana BOS SDN dan UPT SMPN Kota Mojokerto.Kata Kunci: Skill, Kompensasi, Kinerja Bendahara Dana Bos,  Kepuasan Kerja Abstract: Empirical evidence is obtained that both skills and compensation can directly increase job satisfaction. Likewise with performance, both skills and compensation are both directly able to improve performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction is able to act as a mediation that connects skills and compensation with the performance of the treasurer of BOS SDN funds and UPT SMPN Kota Mojokerto.Key Words: Skill, Compensation, Boss Fund Treasurer Performance, Job Satisfaction.
