Abstract

ABSTRAK : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan secara empirik pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja serta kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya, membuktikan secara empirik pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja serta kepemimpinan secara partial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya., serta membuktikan secara empirik di antara motivasi dan kemampuan kerja serta kepemimpinan yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya.Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa hipotesis I dalam penelitian terbukti (dapat diterima) yaitu motivasi, kemampuan kerja dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya. Hal tersebut bermakna jika pada waktu dan situasi yang sama motivasi karyawan tinggi dan didukung dengan kemampuan kerja karyawan yang juga tinggi serta adanya kepemimpinan yang tepat, maka akan berpengaruh signifikan (nyata) terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan sebaliknya. Hipotesis II dalam penelitian ini juga terbukti (dapat diterima) yaitu motivasi dan kemampuan kerja serta kepemimpinan secara partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi, kemampuan kerja karyawan, serta kepemimpinan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis III juga diterima bahwa motivasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya.. Jadi tercapainya kinerja karyawan PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistik Surabaya sangat ditentukan seberapa tinggi motivasi kerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : motivasi, kemampuan kerja, kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan  ABSTRACT : The objective of this study is to prove empirically the effect of motivation, work ability, and leadership simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya, to prove empirically the effect of motivation, work ability, and leadership partially on employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya, and to prove empirically between motivation and work ability also leadership that affects dominantly on employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya.The results of the analysis found that hypothesis I in the research is proven (can be accepted) that is motivation, work ability, and leadership simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya. This means that at the same time and situation, employee motivation is high and supported by employee’s ability which is also high and proper leadership, it will have a significant effect (real) on the improvement of employee performance and vice versa. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya. This indicates that motivation, work ability, and leadership had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya, respectively. Meanwhile, hypothesis III is also accepted that motivation dominantly affects employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya. Therefore, the achievement of employee performance at PT. Adi Sarana Armada (ASSA) Logistics Surabaya is largely determined by the high level of work motivation in completing the work.Keywords: Motivation, Work Ability, Leadership, Employee Performance.
