Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Teknik sampel adalah sensus, yakni 33 orang Pegawai pada Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan Sekda Kabupaten Konawe. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda, maka  diperoleh hasil bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir  mampu meningkatkan kinerja, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengembangan karir memiliki kemampuan dominan dibandingkan dengan didiplin kerja. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh statistik deskriptif yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden tinggi. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of work discipline and career development to improve performance. The sample technique is a census, namely 33 employees in the Development Administration Section of the Konawe District Secretariat. After performing multiple regression analysis, the results show that work discipline and career development can improve performance, both simultaneously and partially. Career development has a dominant ability compared to work discipline. These results was also supported by descriptive statistics that get high respondent responses.
