Abstract

 Abstrak—PT.Arades propertindo memiliki hasil kinerja yang cukup baik dalam melayani costumer.Akan tetapi belum adanya sistem informasi pengaduan costumer berbasis web menyebabkan costumer yang akan mengadukan keluhanya harus mendatangi ke kantor PT.Arades propertindo.Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat Sistem Informasi Pengaduan costumer berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database.Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengaduan costumer berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah costumer dalam mengadukan keluhan mereka,serta mempermudah PT.Arades propertindo dalam mengontrol setiap pengaduan.  Abstract— PT.Arades Propertindo has a pretty good peromance in serving customers.tfe absence of a web based customer compaint information systen causes the costumer to complaint should come to the office of PT.Arades Propertindo.The formulation of the problem in this research is how to make an information system web based costumer complaints using PHP and MySQL as a database.With this Complaint Information System web based custumer complaint is expected to facilitate costumers in bringing their complaint,and make it easier for PT.Arades Propertindo in controlling every complaint.
