Abstract. This research was conducted to gain a more complete understanding of Influence at Work, compensation, and motivation on teacher performance and motivation as intervening in Yayasan Al Bahr Prima Nusantara Bekasi. Based on the initial hypothesis that this study consisted of four variables:Work environment, compensation, motivation and performance of teachers, From the test results with the hypothesis t value the results of this study areMotivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. The work environment has no significant effect on the performance of teachers. Compensation positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Work environment positive and significant effect on the motivation. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on the motivation. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja guru dengan motivasi sebagai intervening di Yayasan Al Bahr Prima Nusantara Bekasi. Berdasarkan hipotesis awal bahwa penelitian ini terdiri atas empat variabel yaitu Lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan kinerja guru. Dari hasil pengujian dengan hipotesis secara t value hasil penelitian ini adalah Motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi.
