Trans-thoracic echocardiography (TTE)was suggestive AD stanford A debakey type I. Patient had been referred toundergoing ascending aortic hemiarch replacement. It is important toperform routine bedside TTE on high suspicious of aortic dissection and RVinfarction patient.
