STRATEGI POLITIK PARTAI GERINDRA DALAM PEROLEHAN KURSI DPRA DI PEMILIHAN LEGISLATIF TAHUN 2019 (Studi Penelitian Di DPD Partai Gerindra Provinsi Aceh)

ABSTRAKPada Pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2019, Partai Gerindra semakin membawa perubahan pencapaian yang progresif. Partai yang dipimpin oleh Probowo Subianto ini mampu mempengaruhi masyarakat Aceh sehingga mendapatkan perolehan kursi yang sangat signifikan, menarik dikaji bagaimana strategi politik Partai Gerindra dalam perolehan kursi DPRA di Pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2019. Melihat dari Pemilihan Legislatif pada tahun 2009 hanya dapat memperoleh 5 kursi ditingkat DPRK, sedangkan di DPRA 0 kursi, dan pada Pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2014 terjadi peningkatan perolehan kursi di tingkat DPRA dari 0 menjadi 3 kursi kemudian pada Pemilihan Legislatif 2019 berhasil memperoleh kenaikan kursi sehingga dari 3 menjadi 8. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi politik Partai Gerindra dalam Pemilihan Legislatif DPRA Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019 dan untuk mengatahui Pengaruh Muzakir Manaf Sebagai Ketua Dewan Pembina dalam perolehan kursi Partai Gerindra di DPRA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perolehan kursi yang di dapatkan Partai Gerindra pada pemilihan 2019 yaitu Partai Gerindra melakukan pembenahan struktur secara masif, perektrutan kader yang memiliki popularitas dan berkualitas, serta memberikan aspirasi dan solusi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Melakukan aviliasi dengan Partai Aceh khususnya Muzakir Manaf selaku Ketua Penasehat Partai Gerindra yang menjadi salah satu untuk membangun afiliasi kedua Partai Gerindra dan Partai Aceh, sehingga dapat membuka ruang bagi masyarakat yang masih menjadi pemilih tradisional dan afiliasi tersebut juga membantu Aceh bisa terwakilkan ditingkat Nasional sehingga pada tahun 2019 mendapatkan meningkatan baik di DPRK dan juga DPRA. Disarankan kepada Partai Gerindra agar tidak hanya mebangun afiliasi dengan Partai Aceh saja. Namun juga diharapkan bisa membangun afiliasi dengan bergai partai lokal Aceh lainya. Hal ini suspaya lebih banyak lagi keterwakilan partai lokal ditingkat nasional sehingga mempermudah mereka dalam memperjuangakan segala bentuk aspirasi masyarakat Aceh.Kata Kunci : Strategi Politik, Pemilihan Legislatif, Partai Gerindra. ABSTRACT In the election of 2019, the Great Indonesia Movement Party (GERINDRA), a political party, has contributed to many sectors in the country's development. The party led by Prabowo Subianto as the current Ministry of Defense of Indonesia has significantly obtained massive votes in Aceh. The triumph of GERINDRA in Aceh had encouraged many people to ask about the political strategies that were played to reach the highest number of regional representatives in the parliament of Aceh. in the election of 2009, GERINDRA merely obtained 5 representatives in the local parliament, zero representatives in the regional parliament. In the next election which was in 2014, GERINDRA reached three representatives in the regional parliament, then in 2019, the Great Indonesia Movement Party gained three representatives. In total, GERINDRA obtained six representatives for the regional parliament. The research aims to identify the political strategies that were implemented by the Great Indonesia Movement Party in the election of the Regional Parliament in 2019. Besides, it is to examine the influence of Muzakir Manaf as the executive board. The research implements Qualitative Descriptive. The data were collected by interview and pictures. The result shows that, in the election of 2019, GERINDRA made a massive alteration in the board of the party. Besides, they recruited well-known and qualified candidates, then offered the most relevant aspirations to the public. The aim of conducting the political affiliation party with the local party called Partai Aceh, particularly with Muzakir Manaf as a chairman of the advisory board, is to make people are willing to vote, not only for the national representative but also for the regional and local councils in 2019.   Many believe that GERINDRA should expand its political affiliation with other local parties. To sum up, the more representative that they have, the better at delivering local aspirations for the development of Aceh.Keywords: Political strategy, Legislative Election, the Great Indonesia Movement Party (GERINDRA)
