Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan dalam memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Katakunci: Pelatihan,Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in mediating the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, in which the variables are measured by a likert scale with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees who has attended training with a total of 67 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. Keywords: Training, Leadership, Employee Performance
