<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan gembiraloka zoo Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan yaitu karyawan gembiraloka zoo sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel keselamatan, kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel independen keselamatan bersama kesehatan kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel independen yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi variabel independen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebesar 64,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,1% dipengaruhi factor lain.Kata Kunci : Keselamatan kerja, Kesehatan kerja, kinerja karyawanAbstrackThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees of Yogyakarta Zoo. In this study the sample used was 45 respondents from gembiraloka zoo. The sampling technique used for this study was simple random sampling. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable safety, occupational health partially significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence on the independent variable with occupational health on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Of the two independent variables that were most dominant on employee performance, namely occupational health, employee performance was influenced by the independent variable occupational safety and health by 64.9%, while the remaining 35.1% was influenced by other factors.Keywords : Work safety, Occupational health, employee performance]]>
