The purpose of this study was to determine whether In-Hose Training can improve the ability of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Cermee Bondowoso in preparing a lesson plan. The type of research used is school action research (PTS). School action research (PTS) is an effort to improve the performance of the education system and develop school management to be more productive, effective and efficient. In the implementation of school action research, there are four stages that are commonly passed, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The four stages in action research mentioned above are elements to form a cycle. This school action research was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Cermee Bondowoso in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year for 2 months. Sources of data in this classroom action research are the results of In-House Training in the form of RPP. The data collection tool in this PTS is the observation of the results of the implementation of In-House Traianing. Observations use the observation sheet to find out the lesson plan components that have been made and those that have not been made by the teacher. Implementation of In-Hose Training can improve the ability of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Cermee Bondowoso in compiling lesson plans in a complete and systematic manner
