The purpose of education is to enable every human being to develop his dignity and personality freely so that he can actively participate in a free society and seek a life that is tolerant and respectful of human rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Duham) also recognizes that the goals and objectives of education have to do with human rights. In Article 26 paragraph (2) Duham stipulates that: Education should be directed at developing personalities in full and to strengthen respect for human rights and basic freedoms. Such education must advance understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, religious groups and races, and should continue the activities of the United Nations to maintain peace. Keywords: education, human rights, borders
