<![CDATA[Abstrak Kasus pencabulan dalam keluarga di kota Surabaya dapat diketahui bahwa angka pencabulan dalam keluarga setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan dan pada kasus yang masuk selama 2 tahun terakhir 2018-2019, total penyelesaian kasus yang berhasil diselesaikan hanya 20 kasus saja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan penerapan hukum pasal 289 KUHP dan pasal 46 UU PKDRT terhadap tindak pidana pencabulan dalam keluarga di kota Surabaya. Faktor Faktor Yang Menyebabkan Terjadinya Tindak Pidana Pencabulan dalam keluarga di Kota Surabaya Pertama, Faktor internal dan kedua, Faktor eksternal.
