Hubungan Rawat Gabung Dengan Produksi Asi di Puskesmas Wara Barat Kota Palopo

Combined care is mother and baby care cared for 24 hours, immediately after birth until they return from the hospital that can contribute to the health of the baby because it can produce milk properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nursing care with breast milk production in the West Wara Public Health Center in Palopo City in 2019. The research design used a cross sectional method. with a purposive sampling technique. Samples in this study were 56 respondents selected. Data collection using questionnaires and observations. The study was conducted from July to August 2019. The results of the study showed that respondents who took care to join and had ASI production were 15 people (46.9), respondents who took care to join and did not have ASI production as many as 17 people (53.1). Data analysis (p value = 0.005; X2 = 7.778). There is a significant relationship between merger care and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Wara Barat Health Center in Palopo City.Rawat gabung merupakan perawatan ibu dan bayi dirawat bersama selama 24 jam, segera setelah lahir sampai mereka pulang dari rumah sakit yang dapat berkonstribusi bagi kesehatan bayi karena dapat memproduksi ASI dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Rawat Gabung dengan Produksi ASI di Puskesmas Wara Barat Kota Palopo tahun 2019. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional. dengan teknik purposive sampling.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden dipilih. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2019. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa responden yang rawat gabung dan memiliki produksi ASI sebanyak 15 orang (46,9), responden yang rawat gabung dan tidak memiliki produksi ASI sebanyak 17 orang (53,1). Analisa data (p value = 0,005; X2= 7,778). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara rawat gabung dengan produksi asi pada ibu nifas di Puskesmas Wara Barat Kota Palopo.
