Pengaruh Telur Ayam Rebus Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Ibu Hamil Trimester I di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tilango

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Tilango Community Health Center Working Area. The aim is to see whether there is an effect of consumption of boiled chicken eggs on increasing Hb levels in first trimester pregnant women. The method used in this study is the experimental design with pretest-posttest with control group design. The sample in this study is 20 people and the data analysis techniques used were paired simple t-test and independent t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the increase in Hb levels in pregnant women with the value of the intervention group p-value 0.000 <α (0.05) and the control group p-value 0.004> α (0.05). It is expected that pregnant women can consume boiled chicken eggs as a non-pharmacological treatment for anti-anemia.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tilango. Tujuannya untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh konsumsi telur ayam rebus terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil trimester I. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaituquasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest with control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang ditentukan dengan tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah paired simple t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p-value kelompok intervensi 0.000 <α (0,05) dan nilai p-value kelompok kontrol 0.004 >α (0.05). Diharapkan bagi ibu hamil agar dapat mengkonsumsi telur ayam rebus sebagai pengobatan non farmakologi anti anemia.
