This study aims to examine and prove the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Indal Steel Pipe Gresik. This study uses a quantitative research approach to multiple linear analysis. The number of samples taken was 94 respondents and data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire method to obtain data. The results of this study are the variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Indal Steel Pipe Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (43.370)> Ftable (3.10) and the significant level of t 0.000 is smaller than alpha = 0.05.
