PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP PERILAKU BERSEDEKAH PEGAWAI IAIN PALOPO

 Abstract This thesis entitled "the influence of religiosity on alms behavior of IAIN Palopo employees". The main problems in this study are: 1). Does religiosity affect the charity behavior of IAIN Palopo employees, 2). How is the influence of religiosity on the charity behavior of IAIN Palopo employees. This study aims to: 1). To find out whether religiosity has an effect on the charity behavior of IAIN Palopo employees, 2). To find out how the influence of religiosity affects the charity behavior of IAIN Palopo employees. This research was conducted in May-July 2016 at the Palopo Islamic State Institute (IAIN) campus. The research method used is statistical analysis method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was according to Taro Yamane with a random sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 71 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire totaling 15 questions presented in the form of a Likert scale by giving a check list according to the statement. This research uses SPSS analysis tools which include validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test, simple linear regression test, t test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the research on the validity test of the religiosity variable (X) and the variable of charity behavior (Y) were declared valid and positive. And the results of hypothesis testing seen from the ANOVAa table in column F (Fcount) is 37.892 and the Ftable value is 1.81, which means Fcount> Ftable with a significant level in the Sig 0.000 <0.05 column. Meanwhile, the percentage of influence seen from the table summary model in the R square column is 0.354 which means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 35.4%. The test results prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the religiosity variable (X) and the alms behavior variable (Y) and the percentage results are quite influential.Keywords: Religiosity and Charity Behavior AbstrakSkripsi ini berjudul “pengaruh religiusitas terhadap perilaku bersedekah pegawai IAIN Palopo” permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Apakah religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bersedekah pegawai IAIN Palopo, 2). Bagaimana pengaruh religiusitas terhadap perilaku bersedekah pegawai IAIN Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Untuk mengetahui apakah religiusitas berpebgaruh terhadap perilaku bersedekah pegawai IAIN Palopo, 2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku bersedekah pegawai IAIN Palopo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mei-Juli 2016 di kampus Institut Agama Islam Negri (IAIN) Palopo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis statistik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu menurut Taro Yamane dengan metode pengambilan acak (random sampling), sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 71 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket yang berjumlah 15 pertanyaan yang disajikan dalam bentuk skala likert dengan memberi tanda check list yang sesuai dengan pernyataan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SPSS yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian uji validitas variabel religiusitas (X) dan variable perilaku bersedekah (Y) dinyatakan valid dan positif dilihat dari tabel item-total statiscics pada kolom corrected item-total correlation bahwa nilai koefisiennya positif dan lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,03. Dan hasil uji hipotesis dilihat dari tabel ANOVAa pada kolom F (Fhitung) adalah 37,892 dan nilai Ftabel adalah 1,81 berarti Fhitung > Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikan pada kolom Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan besarnya presentase pengaruh dilihat dari tabel model summary pada kolom R square sebesar 0,354 yang berarti pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah 35,4%. Dari hasil uji tersebut membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara variabel religiusitas (X) dan variable perilaku bersedekah (Y) dan hasil persentase cukup berpengaruh.Kata Kunci : Religiusitas Dan Perilaku Bersedekah
