Abstract

Service innovation is an important thing to do to improve the quality of public services. The typology of innovation is a variety of new findings that are expected to provide more effective and efficient results. In this article, the author uses a qualitative research method with a study case approach. The findings of this study are that there is no program sustainability from the village government of Seberang Taluk for the 2019-present period. Seberang Taluk Village received an award as the best village in public service and transparency of information because it has fulfilled the facilities and infrastructure. Researchers use Mulgan and Albury's theory where successful innovation is the creation and implementation of new processes, products, services and service methods that are the result of real development in efficiency, effectiveness, or quality of results. The findings of this research are that the village government of Seberang Taluk is very good in service, flexible, and transparent. The village government of Seberang Taluk can provide an example for other villages to innovate.
