<![CDATA[The study aims to analyse the effect of spiritual intelligence and organizational culture toward employee performance in pesantren - based educational institution. The study carried out in 2019 at Secondary High School An-Nur Bululawang, Malang, East Java and involved 76 teachers and employees as samples. The approach used in this study is the explanatory approach. The data were primary obtained through questionnaire. The data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with smartPLS 7 software. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and organizational culture influence employee performance. However, organizational culture does not play a role as a moderator variable. The managerial implication is that leaders should continue to develop the spiritual intelligence of teachers and employees.]]>
