<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai UMR dan Penduduk Jiwa Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Sumatera Utara Periode 2000-2016. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder gabungan dari data time series dan data cross section dari tahun 2000-2016. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel UMR dan Penduduk Jiwa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa UMR dan Penduduk Jiwa secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi Sumatera Utara Kata Kunci: UMR, Penduduk Jiwa, KemiskinanAbstractThis study examines the UMR and the Population of Mental Life Against the Poverty Rate of North Sumatra from 2000-2016. The type of data used in this study is combined secondary data from time series data and cross section data from 2000-2016. The data used was obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency of North Sumatra province. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the UMR and the Soul Population variables did not significantly influence poverty levels in the province of North Sumatra.
