This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on the work discipline of Bima City Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associative research, with quantitative data types from primary data and secondary data taken by researchers on the object directly. Population The population used is all employees in the City of Bimalu Bima office. A total of 30 people consisted of 8 civil servants, 3 chairpersons and commissioners, 19 non-civil servant government employees (PPNPNS). 30 people were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling where all members of the population are sampled. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, interviews and heritage studies. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, test determination, t test and f test. partially leadership and work environment variables affect work discipline, as well as leadership and work environment simultaneously influence the discipline of employees of the City Election Supervisory Board (BAWASLU) of Bima.
