Faktor Perilaku Ibu Hamil dalam Antenatal Care

Abstract

Abstrak Kunjungan antenatal care di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tlogosari Kulon pada, tahun 2017 cakupan K1 sebesar 100% dan K4 sebesar 89,75%. Pada tahun 2018 cakupan K1 sebesar 101,2% dan K4 sebesar 90,6%. Meski cakupan K1 mengalami peningkatan, namun cakupan K4 belum mencapai target. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan kasus kontrol (case control). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam antenatal care. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 45 kasus dan 45 kontrol dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan bahwa antara umur (p=0,009), pendidikan (p=0,003), paritas (p=0,000), pengetahuan (p=0,004), pemanfaatan yankes lain (p=0,000), media informasi (p=0,003), dukungan keluarga lain (p=0,000) dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam antenatal care. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam antenatal care adalah umur, pendidikan, paritas, pengetahuan, pemanfaatan yankes lain, media informasi dan dukungan keluarga lain. The results showed that the relationship between age (p = 0.009), education (p = 0.003), parity (p = 0,000), knowledge (p = 0.004), utilization of other health services (p = 0,000), information media (p = 0.003) , other family support (p = 0,000) with the behavior of pregnant women in antenatal care. The conclusion of this study is that factors related to the behavior of pregnant women in antenatal care are age, education, parity, knowledge, utilization of other health services, information media and other family support.
