Penerapan Kebijakan Sekolah Siaga Bencana Tingkat Sekolah Dasar di Yogyakarta

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anggita Ratna Dewi Gambaran Penerapan Kebijakan Sekolah Siaga Bencana Tingkat Sekolah Dasar Di Yogyakarta Tahun 2019 XV + 145 halaman + 21 tabel + 4 gambar + 14 lampiran Pendidikan siaga bencana penting bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia, terutama mengenalkannya sejak dini di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran penerapan kebijakan sekolah siaga bencana tingkat sekolah dasar di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, panduan wawancara, dan lembar studi dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Penanggung Jawab Program SSB, Komite Sekolah, Dinas Pendidikan, dan BPBD. Dari 17 poin indikator terdiri dari visi misi dengan 2 poin indikator; peraturan/kesepakatan dengan 4 poin indikator; penganggaran dengan 3 poin indikator; program kegiatan/perencanaan dengan 6 poin indikator; dan monitoring evaluasi dengan 2 poin indikator di SD X Kota Yogyakarta terdapat 10 (58,8%) indikator yang sesuai, 5 (29,4%) indikator tidak sesuai, dan 2 (11,8%) indikator tidak ada. Sedangkan di SD Y Kabupaten Sleman terdapat 10 (58,8%) indikator sesuai, 3 (17,7%) indikator tidak sesuai, dan 4 (23,5%) indikator tidak ada. Penerapan kebijakan sekolah siaga bencana di SD X Kota Yogyakarta lebih tinggi dari SD Y Kabupaten Sleman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research instrument used observation sheets, interview guides, and document study sheets. Informants in this study were the Principal, the Teacher in Charge of the SSB Program, the School Committee, the Education Office, and the BPBD. From 17 indicator points consisting of vision and mission with 2 indicator points; regulations / agreements with 4 indicator points; budgeting with 3 indicator points; program activities / planning with 6 indicator points; and monitoring evaluation with 2 indicator points in SD X Yogyakarta City, there are 10 (58.8%) suitable indicators, 5 (29.4%) indicators are not suitable, and 2 (11.8%) indicators are not available. Whereas in SD Y Sleman Regency there are 10 (58.8%) indicators are suitable, 3 (17.7%) indicators are not suitable, and 4 (23.5%) indicators are not available.
