<![CDATA[ABSTRACTApplication Portfolio is a collection of information system needs that are applied and needed by organizations in the future by conducting a strategic mapping framework. Case study was conducted at the Kolaka District DIKBUD Office as One of the Work Activities (SKPD) of Kab. Kolaka. DIKBUD has formed an organization consisting of 1 Head of Office, 1 Secretary, 4 Head of Districts, and 12 UPTD Education Services. This study is based on the still not optimal utilization of applications in the SKPD. The IT Portfolio Design is expected to help align business strategies and IT strategies in the DIKBUD office with the use of John Ward and Joe Peppard's Information Systems Strategic Planning Method. Applications used by the Education and Culture office are 15 applications and proposed applications are 15 applications. Perancangan IT Portofolio ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelaraskan Strategi bisnis dan Strategi IT Pada kantor DIKBUD dengan penggunaan Metode Perencanaan Strategik Sistem Informasi (SPIS) versi John Ward and Joe Peppard. Aplikasi yang digunakan kantor Dikbud berjumlah 15 Aplikasi dan Aplikasi usulan berjumlah 15 Aplikasi.
