<![CDATA[Abstraksi Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah Faktor Komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi secara partial berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 474 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai RSUD Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan.Saranyang diberikan adalah Hendaknya pimpinan selalu menciptakan suasana harmonis dengan bawahan, dengan cara selalu berkomunikasi dan sebaliknya. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Communication Factors and Work Culture partially affect the Work Effectiveness of the Employees of Kajen Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. In this study, the population is all employees of the Kajen Hospital, Pekalongan Regency with a total of 474 people. The sample in this study was defined as 83 respondents. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of Kajen Hospital, Pekalongan Regency.
