Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang

Abstract

Abstrak Turnover Intentions yang dimiliki PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang diindikasi memiliki tingkat yang tinggi, walaupun Turnover Intentions yang terjadi tidak dalam jumlah yang besar. Hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor Gaya Kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin di PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang.cTujuan peneliti ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi gaya kepemimpinan oleh karyawan di PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang, bagaimana tingkat turnover intentions pada karyawan di PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intentions karyawan di PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan di PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang tergolong kuat dan turnover intentions karyawan tergolong sedang. Adapun hubungan gaya kepemimpinan (X) terhadap turnover intentions (Y) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 5,8% , sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini seperti kepuasan kerja, upah, personal, motivasi dan lain-lain dengan persamaan linear: Y = 12,096 + 0,043X. Pemimpin hendaknya tidak hanya menerapkan satu gaya kepemimpinan saja, melainkan menggabungkan gaya kemimpinan direktif dan gaya kepemimpinan suportif atau menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan situasional dikarenakan hal tersebut akan membuat gaya kepemimpinan semakin kuat dan akan berdampak pada tingkat turnover intentions karyawan PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang yang akan mengalami penurunan dalam niatan untuk berpindah kerja. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Turnover Intentions Abstract Turnover Intentions owned by PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang is indicated to have a high level, although the Turnover Intentions that occur are not in large numbers. This can be influenced by the Leadership Style factor applied by the leader at PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the perception of leadership style by employees at PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang, how is the level of turnover intentions of employees at PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang, and the influence of leadership style on employee turnover intentions at PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang. The research uses quantitative methods. The results of data processing show that the leadership style at PT. Trisna Naga Asih Subang is classified as strong and employee turnover intentions are classified as moderate. The relationship between leadership style (X) and turnover intentions (Y) has a significant positive effect of 5.8%, while the remaining 94.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as job satisfaction, wages, personal, motivation and others with a linear equation: Y = 12.096 + 0.043X Leaders should not only apply one leadership style, but combine directive leadership styles and supportive leadership styles or apply situational leadership styles because this will make the leadership style stronger and will have an impact on the level of turnover intentions of PT.
