Penoscrotal hypospadias, a severe congenital abnormality, can interfere with urinary, sexual, and aesthetic functions. This paper reports a 10-year follow-up of a penoscrotal hypospadias case undergoing urethroplasty using the Koyanagi-Nonomura technique. After surgery, side effects of fistula that caused urinary problems and infection were found. Urethroplasty repair and catheter stenting were performed and provided fistula recovery and urination function, as well as normal penis size.
