ANALISA SUMBER DAYA AIR PERMUKAAN BERBASIS GEOGRAPHICS INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) DI KELURAHAN SEKAR JAYA, KECAMATAN BATURAJA TIMUR

Sekar Jaya merupakan salah satu Kelurahan yang berada di Kecamatan Baturaja Timur, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang memiliki Sumber daya air permukaan di daerah seperti danau, rawa, dan sungai. Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk di kelurahan Sekar Jaya berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan jumlah kebutuhan akan lahan tempat tinggal (permukiman), sehingga akan memberi pengaruh terhadap kondisi sumber daya air di daerah tersebut.Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menganalisa tutupan lahan dan kondisi Sumber Daya Air Permukaan Berbasis Geographics Information System (GIS) di Kelurahan Sekar Jaya. Penelitian menggunakan software Arcgis untuk proses digitasi tutupan lahan dan analisis indikator-indikator hidrologi air permukaan untuk  mengetahui kondisi sumber daya air.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelurahan Sekar Jaya memiliki luas sebesar 431,43 Ha, serta luasan sumber daya air berturut-turut yaitu danau sebesar 1,31 ­Ha, rawa sebesar 6.07 Ha serta sungai dengan panjang 1,68 km. Pemanfaatan lahan pemukiman sebesar 31%, lahan kosong 30%, pertanian 13% dan hutan 4%. Nilai debit limpasan yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis frekuensi sebesar Q5 tahun 6902,36 m³/s, Q10 tahun 8631,62 m³/s, Q50 tahun 9383,77 m³/s, dan Q100 tahun 10157,51 m³/s serta nilai C sebesar 36 % (sedang), CV sebesar 0,031 (baik), KRS sebesar 14,93 (buruk).Abstract:Sekar Jaya is a sub-district located in East Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province which has surface water resources in areas such as lakes, swamps and rivers. The population growth in the Sekar Jaya sub-district is directly proportional to the increase in the need for residential land (settlements), so that it will have an influence on the condition of water resources in the area.The purpose of this study was to analyze the land cover and condition of surface water resources based on the Geographics Information System (GIS) in Sekar Jaya Village. The research used Arcgis software for digitizing land cover and analysis of surface water hydrological indicators to determine the condition of water resources.The results showed that Sekar Jaya Village has an area of 431.43 hectares, and the area of water resources, respectively, is a lake of 1.31 ¬Ha, a swamp of 6.07 Ha and a river of 1.68 km in length. Utilization of residential land is 31%, empty land is 30%, agriculture is 13% and forest is 4%. The runoff discharge value obtained from the results of the frequency analysis is Q5 years 6902.36 m³ / s, Q10 years 8631.62 m³ / s, Q50 years 9383.77 m³ / s, and Q100 years 10157.51 m³ / s and a C value of 36% (moderate), CV was 0.031 (good), KRS was 14.93 (bad).
