Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi dan locus of control terhadap kepuasan kerja 2) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) Untuk menganalisis Pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas komitmen organisasi dan locus of control terhadap lkinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 220 responden dengan populasi 489. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan juni 2020. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS V. 25 dan Amos v 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinerja karyawan (5) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) komitmen oranisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. (7) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 220 respondents with a population of 489. The study was conducted from April to June 2020. The data were analyzed using SPSS V. 25 and Amos v 25 programs. The results of this study indicate that: (1 ) organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (5) locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (6) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. (7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
