The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the Industrial Fuel Distributor Cooperation Agreement from PT. Pertamina (Persero) to the Distributor or Agency Company PT Raffy Hilwa Utama, and to find out what factors affect the Industrial Fuel Oil Distribution Agreement (BBM) from PT. Pertamina (Persero) to the Distributor or Agency Company PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama. The research method is empirical juridical. The results of the study of Legal Analysis of the distribution agreement / distribution of industrial fuel between PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) with Agent PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama contains the implementation of the responsibilities or rights and obligations of PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama to distribute industrial fuel to consumers based on the price applied by PT. PERTAMINA (Persero). The agreement between the two parties also regulates the factors that affect the Cooperation Agreement for the Distribution of Industrial Fuel Oil (BBM) which in the event of a dispute over the Industrial Fuel contract between the Agents and PT. Pertamina (Persero) either through deliberation or through the legal jurisdiction of the parties. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerjasama Penyalur BBM Industri dari PT. Pertamina (Persero) kepada Distributor atau Perusahaan Keagenan PT Raffy Hilwa Utama, dan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi Perjanjian Kerjasama Penyaluran Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) Industri dari PT. Pertamina (Persero) kepada Distributor atau Perusahaan Keagenan PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama. Metode penelitian ada yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian Analisis Hukum perjanjian kerjasama pendistribusian / penyaluran BBM Industri antara PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) dengan Agen PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama memuat mengenai pelaksanaan tanggung jawab atau hak dan kewajiban PT. Raffy Hilwa Utama untuk menyalurkan BBM Industri kepada konsumen berdasarkan harga yang diterapkan oleh PT. PERTAMINA (Persero). Perjanjian antara kedua belah pihak juga mengatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Perjanjian Kerjasama Penyaluran Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) Industri yang apabila terjadi sengketa atas kontrak BBM Industri antara para Agen dan PT. Pertamina (Persero) baik melalui musyawarah maupun menempuh lembaga pengadilan wilayah hukum kedudukan para pihak.
