This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables consist of: leadership, work motivation and the dependent variable is employee performance. The results show that leadership has no effect on employee performance, while the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
