<![CDATA[Abstrak : Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti Kesadaran pentingnya kesehatan terdampak covid -19 masyarakat Kabupaten Seluma yang rendah Masyarakat Seluma terkesan ‘’meremehkan’’ bahaya covid-19 Efek sanksi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Seluma tidak member efek jera Tingkat koordinasi gugus Tugas penanggulangan Covid – 19 yang perlu di tingkatkan khususnya perihal kinerja Satpol PP Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian Kualitatif Empiris dengan subjek Penelitian yaitu gugus tugas penanganan Covid-19, Satpol PP, Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluma serta Masyarakat umum Pemecahan masalah yaitu menilai Pelaksanaan, evaluasi, sanksi, atas penerapan peraturan bupati seluma nomor 26 tahun 2020 tentang penerapan disiplin dan penegakan hukum protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian covid-19. peran satuan polisi pamong praja atas disiplin protokol covid serta pelanggaran yang dilakukan masyarakat kabupaten seluma perilaku masyarakat seluma atas peraturan bupati seluma nomor 26 tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman observasi, dan wawancara Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat seluma terhadap penegakan Peraturan Bupati Seluma nomor 26 tahun 2020 yang di lakukan oleh Satpol PP masih rendah masih karena banyak masyarakat yang melanggar protokol kesehatan seperti menciptakan kerumunan, tidak memakai masker dan tidak mencuci tangan, hal tersebut di sebabkan oleh kelalaian serta alasan belum terbiasa menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masyarakat seluma menilai penegakan peraturan bupati seluma nomor 26 yang di lakukan satpoll sudah cukup maksimal seperti sosialisasi, pencegahan dan penindakan atas pelanggaran protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh saptol ppKata kunci: peraturan Bupati, Satpol PP, Covid-19 Abstract: Based on the results of the researcher's observations, the awareness of the importance of health affected by COVID-19 in the Seluma Regency community is low. The Seluma community seems to "underestimate" the danger of covid-19. The effect of sanctions on the people of Seluma Regency does not provide a deterrent effect. The level of coordination of the Covid-19 Task Force needs to be improved. especially regarding the performance of the Seluma Regency Satpol PP. The research carried out is Empirical Qualitative Research with research subjects namely the Covid-19 handling task force, Satpol PP, Seluma Regency Government and the general public. Problem solving is assessing the implementation, evaluation, sanctions, on the application of the regent's regulation as long as number 26 of 2020 concerning the application of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols as an effort to prevent and control COVID-19. the role of the civil service police unit in the discipline of the covid protocol and violations committed by the district community as long as the behavior of the community is based on the regent's regulation number 26 of 2020. This study used guidelines for observation, and interviews. Research data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that the level of public compliance with the enforcement of Seluma Regent Regulation number 26 of 2020 carried out by Satpol PP is still low because many people violate health protocols such as creating crowds, not wearing masks and not washing hands, this is caused by negligence. and reasons for not being used to implementing health protocols. The results of this study indicate that the public has always assessed that the enforcement of the regent's regulation number 26 which was carried out by the Satpoll was maximal enough, such as socialization, prevention and prosecution for violations of health protocols carried out by the PP.Keywords: Regent regulations, Satpol PP, Covid-19 ]]>
