The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of return on assets, current ratio, total asset turnover and debt to equity ratio partially and simultaneously on stock prices. This research is an empirical study on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015 – 2018 period. The population of the research is food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange as many as 15 companies and the whole is sampled with a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using documentation. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Return on Assets has a significant effect on stock prices. Current ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. Total asset turnover has a significant effect on stock prices. Debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Return on Assets, current ratio, total asset turnover and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices.
