Abstract

It is always interesting to analyze how a state treats a treaty which has been ratified in its own national legal system. Recently there was a seminat organized by Center for International Law Studies and Ministry of Foreign Affairs overviewed certain affairs regarding implementation of treaties in Indonesia.
