CORPORATE SOSIAL RESPONSIBILITY PT. PLTU PAITON PADA KELOMPOK SWADAYA MASYARAKAT (KSM) BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate social responsibility to the community in order to create optimal distribution of development. This study aims to describe the implementation of the PT. PLTU Paiton Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program as one of the community empowerment programs based on local wisdom (Local Wisdom) through optimization in the agricultural and tourism sectors in an effort to improve the local economy. The local wisdom strategy is one of the keys to the success and sustainability of PT. The Paiton PLTU was accompanied by the active involvement of the Bhinor Village Non-Governmental Organization (KSM). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through direct observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the involvement of community groups is very influential on the sustainability of empowerment programs based on local wisdom that are able to be in line with the times and the needs of local ommunities so that equitable distribution of development in the area can be realized optimally.Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Local Wisdom, Community  Based Tourism, Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM)   Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan kepada masyarakat demi terciptanya pemerataan pembangunan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT.PLTU Paiton menjadi salah satu program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang  berbasiskan kearifan lokal (Local Wisdom) melalui optimalisasi dibidang sektor pertanian dan pariwisata dalam upaya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat di daerah. Strategi kearifan lokal menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program CSR PT. PLTU Paiton disertai keterlibatan aktif dari Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) Desa Bhinor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui teknik pengumpulan data observasi langsung dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kelompok masyarakat sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan program pemberdayaan  yang berbasiskan pada kearifan lokal mampu selaras dengan perkembangan jaman dan kebutuhan masyarakat daerah sehingga pemerataan pembangunan didaerah dapat terwujud secara optimal.Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility; Local Wisdom, Community  Based Tourism; Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM)
