<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of the relationship of work environment, leadership and compensation on the job satisfaction of employees of five star hotels in Jakarta. The research sample was 100 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires via google form. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment, leadership and compensation on the job satisfaction of employees of five star hotels in Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai hotel bintang lima di Jakarta. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 100 pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai hotel bintang lima di Jakarta.]]>
