<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effect of implementing business strategies and strengthening entrepreneurial characteristics to improve the performance of SMEs during the Covid-19 period in Boalemo Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. The stages of this research method are divided into 3, namely the first data collection used in this study was carried out through online questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies, second data processing and third discussion of research results. The results of the study show that the implementation of business strategies and the strengthening of entrepreneurial characteristics together have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. The partial implementation of the business strategy has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs in the Tilamuta sub-district, Boalemo district. Strengthening Entrepreneurial Characteristics partially has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs in Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan strategi bisnis dan penguatan karakteristik kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja UKM selama masa covid-19 di Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tahapan metode penelitian ini dibagi 3 yaitu pertama pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner online, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, kedua pengolahan data dan ketiga pembahasan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Strategi Bisnis, dan Penguatan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM. Penerapan Strategi Bisnis secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM di Kecamtan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Penguatan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM di Kecamtan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo.]]>
