Abstrak: Covid-19 yang melanda dunia mambawa dampak pada perekonomian terutama pada sektor perdagangan salah satunya dialami oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Pada masa pandemi usaha dibidang kuliner disarankan untuk memberikan layanan antar atau take away. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk jasa pengiriman barang salah satunya bagi usaha UKM Hanura Takeaway (Haway). Haway menggunakan media WhatsApp untuk pemesanan jasa antar barangnya. Akan tetapi penggunaan WhatsApp mengalami kendala, diantaranya pendataan tidak terkelola dengan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan chat WhatsApp dari konsumen menumpuk sehingga driver tidak mengetahui adanya pesanan dari masyarakat dan pencatatan pick-up barang. Mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah UKM Hanura Takeaway (Haway) dengan sebanyak 20 orang. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mempermudah mitra dalam menjalankan usahanya sehingga meningkatkan pendapatanya pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan aplikasi online delivery dan memberikan pendampingan dalam bentuk pelatihan penggunaan sistem. Berdasarkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan mempermudah dalam proses bisnis mitra. Selama lima bulan penggunaan aplikasi terdapat peningkatan transaksi sebanyak 28,13% dan peningkatan pendapatan sebanyak 21%.Abstract: The Covid-19 that hit the world had an impact on the economy, especially in the trade sector, one of which was experienced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). During the pandemic, businesses in the culinary field are advised to provide delivery or take away services. This opens up opportunities for goods delivery services, one of which is for the SME business Hanura Takeaway (Haway). Hawa uses WhatsApp media to order services between goods. However, the use of WhatsApp has experienced problems, including the data collection is not managed properly. This is because WhatsApp chats from consumers accumulate so that drivers do not know of orders from the public and record pick-up of goods. The community service partner carried out is UKM Hanura Takeaway (Haway) with as many as 20 people. The Community Service carried out aims to make it easier for partners to run their business so as to increase their income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Community service is carried out in the form of developing online delivery applications and providing assistance in the form of training on the use of the system. Based on the community service that has been carried out, it shows that the application development carried out can increase revenue and make it easier for partners' business processes. During the five months of using the application, there was an increase in transactions of 28.13% and an increase in revenue of 21%.
