The existence of information system technology along with IS/IT development is very influential on the success of the vision and mission of the organization as well as assisting business processes within the organization so that good and structured planning is needed. To collect data and information using the ward and peppart method with SWOT analysis tools, value chain, and portfolio applications using the McFarlan Strategic Grid approach and proposed information systems. In this study resulted in a proposed IS/IT strategic planning in the form of a proposed web application at the BKDIKLATDA Salatiga city.
