<![CDATA[PT XYZ is a company that offers third-party audits to provide natural resources and environmental certification services. In running its company, PT XYZ has the main services in the certification function, namely Certification Audit and Legality Document Issuance. Along with the advancement of information and communication technology, PT XYZ has several obstacles and needs the right information technology strategy to solve the problem. The ineffective exchange of data is one of the obstacles that occur in the certification function that causes customer complaints about the speed of service. In this study will discuss the design of Enterprise Architecture as a strategy in optimizing processes and technologies using TOGAF ADM. The design starts from preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solution, and migration planning. With the blueprint and IT Roadmap as the result of this research, it is expected to help PT XYZ in solving its problems segaligus into a strategy in optimizing the right processes and technologies.]]>
