Abstract

Abstract: CV Kecak Garment is a Manufacturer/ Exporter/ Trader of apparel. Every years CV Kecak Garment produces 500,000 clothes that are exported to USA. CV Kecak Garment began to stand in 1993 with the owner “Kang Dharma Wijaya”. Based on the data of Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar city in the year of 2015 there is a private garment industry in Kesiman Kertalangu village named CV. Kecak Garment. This garment industry that is located in Soka Street number 126 East Denpasar has 70 tailors. The aim of this research is to know the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The type of this research is descriptive observational. Population of the research is 70 tailors in CV Kecak Garment and it uses total population. The data collected in this research are primer and seconder data.  Data was collected through questioner to grade the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The collected data was compiled and displayed in the format of table and graphic. The result of this research is 41 tailors (59%) has activity fatigue, 53 tailors (76%) do not have motivation fatigue, 39 tailors (56%) has physical fatigue and the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors is in the mid category (tailors of CV Kecak garment has the fatigue in the process of sewing) is 59 tailors (84%).
