The Indonesian nursing diagnosis standard is a guideline compiled by the Indonesian National Nurses Association, and is used in the documentation of nursing care in health care facilities. This study aims to increase nurses' knowledge of the use of Indonesian nursing diagnosis standards at the Kendari City Regional General Hospital in 2020. The research was carried out using a quasi-experimental method, there were pre-post tests, and 30 respondents. The results showed that before the training was given to the questionnaire, 4 respondents (13.3%) got good scores, 14 respondents (46.7%) with sufficient scores, and 12 respondents (40.0%) with less scores. After the training, the total score from the questionnaire was 24 respondents (80.0%) getting good marks, 5 respondents (16.7%) and 1 respondent (3.3%) getting enough and less marks. The p value of the statistical test results is 0.000. The training increases nurses' knowledge about Indonesian nursing diagnosis standards.
