<![CDATA[ Pepino (Solanum muricatum) was one of the natural compounds that was thought to have antioxidant properties. Vitamin C and beta carotene were shown to be good sources of antioxidants that fight free radicals. This study used the DPPH (2,2-Dipheny-1-Picrylh Hydrazyl) technique to determine the antioxidant process of Pepino (Solanum muricatum) ethanol extract and created a peel-off gel mask as cosmetics with concentrations of 2 %, 4 %, and 6 %. The results demonstrated that the ethanol extract of Pepino (Solanum muricatum) possesses antioxidant activity, with an IC50 of 10,105 g/ml.The results of this research can be concluded that ethanol extract of Pepino (Solanum muricatum) have very Strong antioxidant activity and the best of formulas peel-off gel mask of Pepino (Solanum muricatum) has extract concentration 4%.Keywords : Antioxidant, DPPH (2,2-Dipheny-1-Picrylh Hydrazyl), Peel-off Gel Mask, Pepino (Solanum muricatum)Pepino (Solanum muricatum) satu diantara banyak senyawa alam yang diduga mempunyai karakteristik sebagai antioksidan. Beta karoten dan vitamin C terbukti menjadi sumber antioksidan yang baik guna melawan radikal bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik DPPH (2,2-Dipheny-1-Picrylh Hydrazyl) untuk mengetahui proses antioksidan ekstrak etanol Pepino (Solanum muricatum) dan membuat masker gel peel-off sebagai kosmetik dengan kadar 2 %, 4 %, dan 6 %. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ekstrak etanol Pepino (Solanum muricatum) mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan, dengan IC50 sebesar 10.105 g/ml.
