ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Dukun bayi merupakan orang yang sangat dekat dengan masyarakat terutama pada ibu nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Dukun bayi membantu ibu untuk memijat dan memandikan bayinya. Pandemic Covid ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satunya antara kemitraan dukun dengan bidan desa dihentikan karena takutnya dengan wabah Covid ini. Bidan membantu pada saat persalinan dan diteruskan oleh dukun bayi untuk memijat dan memandikan bayi, karena itu merupakan tradisi dari masyarakat jawa.Tujuan Penelitian Mengetahui Pengaruh Pandemik Covid 19 Terhadap Eksistensi Dukun Bayi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalibagor Banyumas. Jenis Penelitian Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus (case study). Subjek penelitian ini yaitu dukun bayi, bidan dan ibu nifas . Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan thematic content analysis. Hasil penelitian Berdasarkan hasil wawancara didapatkan bahwa menjadi dukun bayi sudah minimal 3 tahun, tamatan minimal SD, sebagian tidak memiliki pekerjaan yang lain selain dukun bayi, dukun bayi tahu tentang covid 19 dan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap pekerjaannya sebagai dukun bayi. Kesimpulan Tidak ada pengaruh pendemik Covid 19 Terhadap Eksistensi Dukun Bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalibagor Banyumas. Midwives help during childbirth and are passed on by traditional birth attendants to massage and bathe babies, because it is a tradition of Javanese society. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the existence of traditional birth attendants in the work area of ​​the Kalibagor Health Center, Banyumas. Research Qualitative research with a case study research design (case study). The subjects of this study were traditional birth attendants, midwives and postpartum mothers. Data analysis in this qualitative research uses thematic content analysis. Results Based on the results of interviews, it was found that being a traditional birth attendant was at least 3 years old, at least graduated from elementary school, some did not have other jobs besides traditional birth attendants, traditional birth attendants knew about covid 19 and had no effect on their work as traditional birth attendants. Conclusion There is no effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the existence of traditional birth attendants in the Work Area of ​​the Kalibagor Health Center Banyumas.
