<![CDATA[Karsinoma hepatoseluler merupakan neoplasma ganas hepar tersering dan mematikan dengan latar belakang hepatitis kronis atau sirosis. Diagnosis lebih awal dengan pendekatan histopatologi dibutuhkan pada karsinoma hepatoseluler kecil. Beberapa lesi prekursor dapat menunjang terbentuknya lesi karsinoma hepatoseluler berukuran kecil tipe awal atau progresif. Lesi prekursor displastik nodul derajat tinggi sulit dibedakan dari karsinoma hepatoseluler tipe awal, sehingga memerlukan pemeriksaan reaksi duktular.Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most frequent and lethal primary malignancy of liver with precursor of either chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis. Early diagnosis with histopathological approach is needed to identify small hepatocellular carcinoma. Precursor lesions can predispose early type of progressive hepatocellular carcinoma. As high grade dysplastic nodule is difficult to be differentiated from the early type of hepatocellular carcinoma, examination of ductular reaction is necessary.]]>
