Telkomsel is the largest sellular operator in Indonesia. In order to achieve its distribution goal, Telkomsel had formulated CDMP strategy. To evaluate the implementation of this strategy, Telkomsel need to hold management audit. This study observed the effectiveness of the CDMP stategy’s implementation in 17 Registered Outlet in Kecamatan Kraton. The conclusion of this study is that CDMP stategy has been already implemented effectively. Keyword: Telkomsel, Management Audit, CDMP strategy
