<![CDATA[In this research is made an automatic home safety system that is able to protect the house from the danger of criminal acts such as theft and robbery. This automatic home security system is able to provide notification to the home owner via SMS gateway and able to control the gate open the gate of the house automatically and give a warning sound of buzzer alarm. The system-making methodology is to use the Arduino as the main control device of the system. The camera is used for video capture capable of recording images automatically, while the automatic gate closes if the sensor detects the person entering the house, and at the same time the buzzer alarm will rang. To activate the system required commands that must be sent via mobile phone and received by SMS gateway. The results of this study in the form of a prototype system that is able to send notifications automatically to the homeowner accompanied by video footage containing the image information of the perpetrators of crime in the house.]]>
