This service aims to provide education about the management of COVID-19 solid waste, protection against the risk of infection, and making SOPs. Observations and FGDs were carried out to find out problems in the management of COVID-19 solid waste. Education uses experiential learning methods because they have previous experience. The preparation of SOPs is carried out with partners as a working guide. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was conducted by observing how the officers worked at each COVID-19 B3 solid waste management stage. The results of the service show improvements in the management of COVID-19 solid waste at every stage of solid waste management (source, collection, transportation, and storage), as well as compliance with the use of complete personal protective equipment. The experiential learning method can improve the ability of officers. Apart from being an educational medium, SOPs are a reference in carrying out work. Keywords: COVID-19, hazardous solid waste, SOP, experiential methods
