<![CDATA[In today's era, deviations have occurred in many people's lives. One of the deviations that are often encountered is the existence of moral degradation. To minimize the cases of moral degradation, it is necessary to make efforts to foster and develop morality. These efforts can be carried out with the role of religious leaders. Every religion needs a figure or figure who is able to be a guide for its people. Hinduism in particular has a figure who is expected to be a shade, a provider of education, and a motivator for the people. The figure is an extension worker whose presence is eagerly awaited by Hindus everywhere. The role of an extension worker is very strategic in fostering the people because the extension worker goes directly to the community. Given this strategic role, extension workers need to know and master the main tasks and functions of extension workers attached to their profession. In addition, in providing counseling, an instructor should pay attention to the competencies possessed so that the instructor has high competitiveness. As for the things that must be considered when conducting counseling, namely looking for the right moment in providing guidance, for example using the opportunity for PKK, Banjar, and Parum-parum meetings to introduce themselves as extension workers while carrying out their extension duties. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the presence of extension workers as providers of education and motivation for the people in realizing a santih and universe people.
